JTS-150 uses a Photokine Web based interface for all instrument parameters, experiment definition, and data analysis and reporting. The Photokine application has been enhanced for multi-wavelength control, faster operation, and more robust data storage. In addition to greatly increased experimental power, Photokine has a simplified interface for building complex sequences efficiently and accurately. Photokine and the JTS-150 require only a Windows, Mac, or Linux PC with a web browser and Ethernet port for operation. An internet or local area network connection, data subscription, or specific operating system are not required.
